The Mobile Operators Messaging Forum addresses common issues affecting the premium SMS product or third party service providers e.g. charity SMS services, ComReg complaints and recommendations.

Membership is open to mobile network operator member firms of Ibec where mobile network operator means any person or company holding an appropriate authorisation issued by ComReg.
