Ibec response to draft Article 29 working party guidance on aspects of the GDPR

Ibec responded to a consultation by the Irish Office of the Data Protection Commissioner and the Article 29 Working Party in April, 2017. The consultation was in relation to the development of guidance on certain aspects of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The consultation covered consent, profiling, personal data breach notifications and certification.
