Ibec is business’ and employers’ most powerful lobbying force in Ireland and the leading specialist organisation in legislative and regulatory affairs. A core element of our work is lobbying, which allows members to drive change to the environment in which they operate.

The potential impact of legislation and policy is not always understood by those who devise it. Ibec’s unique relationship with over 7,000 businesses and employers means that we know exactly how they can be effected by government and its agencies. We have the ability to communicate this through our extensive network of contacts with government Ministers, TDs, Senators, MEPs, the European Commission, the civil service, advisers, opinion formers and media commentators.
