Sick pay schemes

During 2016 data in relation to sick pay schemes was collected on the Ibec conditions of employment survey. Companies were asked to provide detailed information about the incidence, structure and operation of their individual sick pay schemes. Data from all surveys was collated into a single report on these schemes.
