Ibec Management Training Report 2013

It examines the proportion of companies that conduct skill audits, have training plans or internal training functions, as well as identifying areas in which training is expected to be carried out in respondent companies over the next twelve months. The report looks at the types of training that companies consider to be important now, as well as those that will be relevant in five years’ time.
