Medical Devices

The research unit carries out a survey on salary and benefits annually on behalf of Irish Medical Devices Association. This survey is carried out in the first half of each year, and collects data on over 70 scientific, technical and administration job titles. The report is an important bench-marking tool for the sector, providing detailed information on each job title, broken down by company size, ownership and turnover. The report also analyses absence and employee turnover rates for companies within the sector.
