Contact centres

This survey is designed to provide contact centre members with a comprehensive picture of pay within the sector. The survey examines rates of pay for employees in support functions, customer service/reservation agents, and employees in technical/product support and is carried out annually, in the first half of the year.

All resulting data from this survey is available to participating companies, free of charge. This report is not available to non-participating companies.
