Software

The research unit carries out a pay survey on behalf of the Irish Software Association (ISA) and ICT Ireland. This survey is carried out in the first half of each year, and collects data for a wide variety of grades including software development and testing, technical, design, administration and management staff. The report is an important bench-marking tool for the sector, providing detailed information on each job title, broken down by company size, ownership and turnover.The report also analyses absence and employee turnover rates for companies within the sector.
