Resources

Diversity is a multi-layered concept and organisations may find themselves at different stages in the process of integrating their workforce. With that in mind Ibec have developed a number of information resources, tools and guides to facilitate employers at every stage, those who are dealing with diversity challenges or who are striving to benchmark their organisation against best practice in the industry.

Ibec's resources support employers to assess the level of diversity within their organisations so they can use that baseline as a benchmark and as a starting point to develop their diversity strategy. Other useful tools include a guide for employees new to Ireland which provides information and advice to welcome them and assist in their integration to the organisation and to Ireland. Currently under development is a framework for employers which will assist in the monitoring and measurement of diversity metrics to help equality proof organisations while also ensuring each employee gets the opportunity to flourish.
