Changes to maximum working hours for Non EEA students on a stamp 2
From 1 January 2015 students on an immigration stamp 2 will be only permitted to work 40 hours per week during the months of May, June, July and August and from 15 December to 15 January inclusive. At all other times students on a stamp 2 may only work up to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
